It's so important to stay active so we can stay active -- whatever that looks like! When deciding on how to exercise you don't have to train to run a marathon (unless you want too!) but it could be as small as taking a walk around the block daily, or around the yard. It's important to start where you are in your ability level and work your way toward what you want to be able to do. This is true for everything we do in life!
